OPENING FOR A 10 MONTH POSITION IN
SOCIAL AND/OR DEVELOPMENTAL PSYCHOLOGY AT UPEI

The University of Prince Edward Island is inviting applications for a ten-month position in Social and/or Developmental Psychology at the Assistant Professor level beginning August 15, 2010. This position is a Sabbatical replacement and will not be renewable. Qualifications include a Ph.D. in psychology, demonstrated teaching ability, and a student centered approach to teaching. Evidence of research potential and success, while not a requirement for this position, would be an asset. The teaching load is three courses per semester, and would involve courses such as Introductory Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Social Psychology.
Opportunities also exist to teach Adult Development or Abnormal Psychology.
