Post-doctoral Scholarship War and Peace Studies

The Desmond Tutu Centre for War and Peace Studies has a Leverhulme Post-doctoral Scholarship to offer for 2009/10.

The scholars must have completed a PhD by the time they take up the position, which is tenable for academic year 2009-10 (can begin as late as Feb 10) for a period of 9-12 months. 

The scholar must be a non-UK national and will receive an allowance of up €1,800.00 per month (plus £390 per month for an accompanying spouse or partner). 

Other costs covered include a return air ticket and £750.00 for local travel.
